Timeclocking

The timeclocking module registers the time of employees for the execution of their tasks. This registration is possible per employee, per order and also per task on an order, in such a way that you can make clear statistics of f.i. the efficiency of your employees and the tasks they execute. This module gives you the possibility to make a detailed workshop analysis.

Obvious advantages for you are:

Time registration of all your employees per task they execute.
History of the time registration is being saved Navision.
Via a head screen time clocking, you can easily manage the time clocking of an employee. This way, the time clocking can easily be adjusted.
Per work order, you can consult immediately the time that was clocked by your employees for this order.
Per employee, you can easily and immediately check the time registered per task type, per time type for the passed days, months or even years in Navision.
A detailed list "Overview time clocking" gives efficiency-calculation of your employees.

Following calculations are included:

an overview of all time clockings (IN/OUT) grouped per group of employees with a split up of the hours present and the break(s).
an overview of the total clocked time per day per employee for a certain period with the total of this period.
an overview of the performed time per employee per task type.
an overview of the performed / invoiced time per employee
an overview of the pending orders per employee
workshop invoice analysis
invoice level overview
a minimum input of your employees in Navision by using Scanners and touch-screens.
